No Forms. No Queues. No Worries Need to record your bank account details with Medicare Australia?
Register for Online Services today and a password will be mailed to the current address recorded with Medicare. 

Online Services provide an extra way for you to view, update and request some of your information held by Medicare Australia.

Note: if you need to update or check your address, or you have lost your Medicare card number, please visit your Medicare office or call 132 011.  Find your nearest Medicare office.

Access to these online services is secure and requires authentication to protect the privacy of your information.  More information on your privacy.

  • Update your bank account details
  • Update your personal details
  • View your Medicare claims history (previous 12 months)
  • View your Medicare Safety Net balance (current calendar year)
  • View your Medicare benefit tax statement (current and previous financial year)

  • View your organ donor registration details
Australian Childhood Immunisation Register logo
  • View your child's immunisation history statement (for children under 14 years)
